Hi I’m Anish, the voice from inside the Mind of a mistry. I’m just a guy who’s been through some stuff and needed a space to share it. A blog where I talk about life, mental health, and finding some kind of peace in the chaos. A lot of what I’ll write comes from personal experience—things I’ve lived, learned, and am still figuring out along with new things that I’ll learn along with you.
I’m into nature, plants, psychology and mindful living. I’ve spent a lot of my life in hospitals, and as a result I’ve developed a unique perspective on things, making it difficult for me to connect with others. After being a victim of my past and my current self still struggling to navigate the maze of depression, along with finding a sense of purpose I’ve decided to share my experiences and explore how to improve one’s mental health.
I’m not here as an expert, just someone who’s curious and wants to explore thoughts on what helps us feel better, live mindfully, and connect more deeply—with ourselves and the world around us.
If that sounds like something you’re into, you’re in the right place
Feel free to wander through the posts, leave a thought, or return whenever you need a reminder to slow down.
This is Mind of a Mistry — a journey into simplicity, mindfulness, the quiet wisdom of nature and my mind.
